The first property will open in October 2024 in the downtown area near Tokyo Skytree. In the future, they plan to expand to tourist destinations with rich local flavor, such as Shibuya, Yokohama, Kyoto, and Nagano. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six or more people, they place emphasis on providing a "homely stay experience" that cannot be obtained at a hotel. The interior is a fusion of Japanese tradition and modernity, creating a memorable stay that will look great on social media.

• Real estate rental business:
  We rent and manage real estate, mainly focusing on one-room apartments for single people.
  We are also proactive in dealing with foreign tenants, and by taking advantage of our representative's extensive overseas experience, we provide polite and reassuring support to tenants from diverse backgrounds. In addition, by utilizing our strong ties with local real estate companies, we are focusing on measures to deal with vacancies and strengthening our management system. We are rooted in the local community and are able to provide flexible and speedy rental management.
