For general rules regarding accommodation reservations, please review the following. For any other detailed questions or uncertainties, please contact us via the inquiry form.

About accommodation reservations

  1. Reservation
    ・All reservations must be made in advance through our official website.
    ・Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

  2. Check-in / Check-out
    ・Check-in: From 4:00 PM (16:00)
    ・Check-out: By 10:00 AM
    ・We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

  3. Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law)
    ・In accordance with the Hotel Business Act (Ryokan Gyoho), the following information is required for all staying guests:
    - Full name, address, occupation, and nationality
    - For guests without a Japanese address: Passport presentation and a photocopy are required
    ・Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation of your booking.

  4. Prohibited Activities
    ・Smoking indoors or on the balcony, and use of fire or open flames
    ・Bringing pets (unless explicitly permitted in advance)
    ・Staying with more guests than declared in the reservation
    ・Excessive noise, loud music, or any behavior that may disturb neighbors
    ・Improper disposal of garbage or unsanitary behavior

  5. Penalties for Policy Violations
    ・If any prohibited actions are observed or reported (eg, from neighbors, building management, or police), we reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund.
    ・In the case of noise complaints or disruptive behavior, a penalty of ¥30,000 JPY will be charged.

  6. Housekeeping & Use of Facilities
    ・This property operates on a self check-in / self check-out basis.
    ・No daily cleaning is provided during your stay, but extra cleaning can be arranged for longer stays (additional fee applies).
    ・If furniture or equipment is damaged, repair or replacement costs will be charged.

  7. Loss / Theft / Damages
    ・We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of guests' belongings during your stay.
    ・Serious damage or loss of property will be charged at actual cost.

  8. Liability Waiver
    ・We are not liable for interruptions to your stay caused by natural disasters, public transportation delays, infectious disease outbreaks, or other force majeure events.

  9. Other
    ・These terms may be updated without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our official website.
    ・If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us in advance.

To those in Japan

  1. Reservations: This facility requires advance reservations. Reservations can be made through the official website.
    ・Reservations will be confirmed once a confirmation email is sent.

  2. Check-in/Check-out ・Check-in: After 16:00 ・Check-out: Until 10:00 ・We do not provide luggage storage before or after check-in.

  3. Registration of guest information (obliged to submit under the Inns and Hotels Act)
    ・In accordance with the Hotel and Inn Business Act, the following information must be submitted:
    - Names, addresses, occupations, and nationalities of all guests - Guests of foreign nationality who do not have an address in Japan must present their passport and submit a copy.
    If you are unable to cooperate, we may refuse to allow you to stay.

  4. Prohibited matters: ・Smoking and the use of firearms indoors and on the balcony ・Pets (unless special permission is given)
    ・Staying with more guests than the number of people booked ・Nuisance to neighbors, such as noise, loud voices, and partying ・Unsanitary behavior, such as ignoring garbage separation or leaving garbage lying around

  5. Penalties for violation of rules: If you violate the prohibited acts listed above and receive complaints or reports from neighboring residents, the management company, the police, etc., this facility may cancel your stay depending on the situation.
    ・If noise or other nuisance behavior is confirmed, a fine of 30,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

  6. Cleaning and requests during use: This facility has a self-check-in and self-check-out system.
    ・Cleaning is not provided during your stay, but for longer stays, cleaning can be arranged separately (for a fee).
    ・If you damage any fixtures or furniture, we may charge you for repair or replacement costs.

  7. Regarding damage and theft, etc. - The facility will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to guests' belongings.
    ・If any equipment or fixtures within the facility are significantly damaged or lost, we will charge you the actual cost.

  8. Disclaimer: The facility cannot be held responsible for any interruptions to your stay due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, transportation delays, or infectious diseases.

  9. Other: These terms and conditions may be changed without notice. Any changes will be announced on the official website.

Cancellation Policy

<For short-term stays (27 nights or less)>

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 14 days before check-in: Free cancellation

  • Cancellation within 14 days: 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged

  • No-shows after the day before check-in or on the day of check-in without permission: 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

<For long-term stays (28 nights or more)>

Strict cancellation policy

  • Up to 30 days before check-in: Free cancellation

  • Up to 21 days before check-in: 30% of the accommodation fee will be charged

  • Up to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged

  • Up to 7 days before check-in: 70% of the accommodation fee will be charged

  • From the day before (including the day of check-in): 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged

For Short Stays (up to 27 nights)

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 14 days before check-in: Free cancellation

  • Within 14 days before check-in: 50% of the total stay will be charged

  • A day before / On or after the check-in date, or in case of no-show: 100% of the total stay will be charged

For Long Stays (28 nights or more)

Cancellation Policy (Strict)

  • Up to 30 days before check-in: Free cancellation

  • Up to 21 days before check-in: 30% of the total stay will be charged

  • Up to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the total stay will be charged

  • Up to 7 days before check-in: 70% of the total stay will be charged

  • From the day before check-in onward (including same-day): 100% of the total stay will be charged
